Lucas Perez has been scheduled to undergo medical with Seria A side Fiorentina after agreeing personal terms to join the club, this is according to reports

Perez had an impressive career in the Spanish La Liga before Arsenal prised him away from Deportivo Lacurana in the penultimate summer. He struggled to stake a claim in the first team of Arsenal and ended up plying his trade for Deportivo on a season long-loan move last term.

Although Arsenal have changed manager, Emery appear to have erased Perez from his plan for the coming season and the player has been left to sort out his future.

He has bee linked to a plethora of European clubs but he will now end up in the Seria A with Fiorentina. According to Sky Italia via SportsMole, Arsenal and Fiorentina have reached a £7million agreement for his transfer and he has agreed personal terms to complete the switch.

The 29-year-old Spanish winger will have the routine medical before the close of this week, per the report..

Arsenal have lacked a natural winger at the close and even though Perez can play on the flank, he has not tickled the fancy of Unai Emery.
