he seriousness of the English Premier League outfit Arsenal was well placed under doubt in the last few days after it was reported that they have only got about £40 million available for manager Unai Emery for the summer window.

He, therefore, admitted that the £100 million budget will only be made available to the manager for more additions if the team qualifies for next season’s Champions League.
