Arsenal Star receives stunning new £40m offer as club moves to hijack Bayern’s January deal

Juventus are reportedly preparing a stunning move for Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey.
The Welshman will leave Arsenal at the end of the season after the club opted against extending his contract.

He has been linked with a host of clubs, both in England and in Europe, with Bayern Munich confident they are leading the race.

According to the Sun, Juventus are prepared to sign the unsettled Arsenal star.

Juventus want Ramsey to see out his contract with Arsenal so that he can join them on a free transfer in the summer.

It is understood the Bianconeri have put together a spectacular financial package that could see Ramsey pick up £10.4m in Turin.

Ramsey has been offered a £200,000-a-week deal to join Juventus and are happy to sign the 27-year-old up to a four-year contract, which would mean the Gunner would collect £40m in total before tax

Ramsey has accepted this will be his last season at the Emirates following a decade at the club.

The 27-year-old has made 341 appearances and scored 59 goals since joining from Cardiff for just under £5m in 2008.

Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester United have all been linked with Ramsey but Juventus are now firmly in the driving seat.
