The Gunners made a solid start to the season after bouncing back from defeats against Manchester City and Chelsea by going on an impressive 22-game unbeaten run across all competitions which saw many fans heap praise on new boss Unai Emery.

However, the team’s form in recent weeks has gone backwards and to make matters worse, the club is now bracing itself for the sudden exit of head of recruitment Sven Mislintat, according to Sky Sports.
The highly-rated scout only moved to the club just over a year ago as he was welcomed in London by Arsene Wenger in November 2017.
Mislintat, who played a major part in the signings of former Borussia Dortmund stars Pierre Emerick-Aubameyang and Sokratis Papsatathopulos, is rumoured to be leaving due to a dispute with other leading members of the club’s backroom staff.

His exit comes at a worrying time for the Gunners, who are struggling to attract quality players in the transfer market, largely due to a lack of funds.
