
The north London outfit want to slap a £7.1million price tag on the goalkeeper but the Black Eagles would prefer to pay £2million less for a permanent move next summer.
The Colombia goalkeeper is believed to be deemed as surplus to requirements following the arrival of Bernd Leno from Bayer Leverkusen.
Despite Ospina racking up 18 Premier League appearances in his debut season in England, he has only featured 11 times in the top-flight in the past three years.
The ex-Nice ace recently said: “I will go back to Arsenal and see the situation there, but for the time being I hope new things will happen in my career.
“There is a different process in Arsenal right now.
“They got a new goalkeeper and I’ll do the situation assessment by talking to both the manager and the coaches.”
