These Manchester United fans gave comments via twitter over unimpressed performance by selected players

Following Manchester United’s successive Premier League defeats – at the hands of Brighton and Tottenham Hotspur – plenty of Jose Mourinho’s players, like the manager himself, have come in for criticism from both fans and the media.

Amongst the names in the line of fire has been Old Trafford newcomer Fred. The Brazilian has had a tricky time of things already in his first few weeks with the Red Devils, and clearly isn’t yet up to speed with the Premier League.

The 25-year-old was signed in June for a fee in the region of £53 million. The Brazilian international has started each of United’s three league fixtures so far. Against Spurs and Brighton though, despite clearly working very hard for his team, he was repeatedly caught in possession and was inconsistent in the accuracy of his passing.
