Breaking News: Man United agreed £66m fee for top-class winger

Manchester United have reportedly agreed a £66 million fee with Chelsea for Willian – and Gary Cahill may be joining him as well.

Jose Mourinho has made the signing of the 29-year-old Brazil international a priority this summer but has been rebuffed by the Blues.

Manchester United have signed three players this summer: Fred, Diogo Dalot and Lee Grant and Starsport claims that the situation has left The Portuguese manager frustrated.

He is annoyed with vice-chairman Ed Woodward, who has offered Mourinho big-name signings such as Neymar and Gareth Bale but the former Chelsea head coach only has eyes for a select handful of players. And one of those is Willian, with whom he worked during his second spell at Stamford Bridge and is a massive fan.

Sources close to the player have revealed that he would be keen to reunite with the Portuguese boss as well. But Chelsea hold the cards and have been unwilling to budge – until now.

According to TuttoSport, Chelsea have accepted a £66 m offer for the Brazil star. But in a shocking twist, England international Gary Cahill, who is in the last year of his Chelsea contract and has also been touted to join the Red Devils.
