Chelsea’s mercurial attacker Eden Hazard has revealed who he thinks are the top players in the Premier League.
Belgium international Hazard has started this season in what looks to be the best form of his Chelsea career, with the 27-year-old scoring six goals and providing two assists in just seven Premier League appearances.
Hazard’s form has been so good so far this term that the commonly held view is that he is currently the best player operating in the English top flight, but when he was asked which players he rates most high he replied:
“Maybe for you, it’s people who score more goals, another one is not thinking about that. At the moment I’m good – if I’m the best, fine, If I’m not I don’t care,” Hazard told SPORT bible.
“In the Premier League, we have a lot of top players. [Sergio] Aguero is one of the best, [Kevin] De Bruyne is injured but he’s one of the best.
“Mo Salah was the best last year, N’Golo [Kante] in the team is one of the best so we have a lot of good players.”
