Arsenal will take on Vorskla in the Champions League today and they have been boosted by the fitness of defensive midfielder Lucas Torreira.

The Gunners last lost a game against Chelsea earlier on in the season but their last two games in the League was challenging. Against Bournemouth last weekend, the Gunners won but the victory was hard-fought.

Torreira was one of the standout performers for Arsenal against Bournemouth but to the dismay of the fans, he was substituted for Matteo Guendouzi. There was massive concern over the fitness of the player after the game but Unai Emery said it was just a precautionary measure for the player.

He had traveled the longest distance after the international break, which accounted for why he was fatiqued during the game.

Torreira joined Arsenal in the summer with the pedigree of a classic footballer – he struggled to get into the first team of Arsenal at the start of the season before he worked his way in there. So far, we could say he is one of the best signing in not the best in the Premier league this season.

To the delight of the Gunners fanbase, Torreira was spotted in high spirit in training along Mustafi.
