BREAKING: Man United Chief AGREE to splash £100million deal to sign TWO Superstars this January transfer window

Norwegian tactician Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will be ready to bring in two key players in the winter transfer window replacing Portuguese tactician Jose Mourinho last month. It is thought that Premier League giants Manchester United will try and land two major players – a top quality defender and a flying winger – to further strengthen the squad in January.

Former boss Jose Mourinho was highly furious in the summer window when club chief Ed Woodward refused to sign him a defender.

And the failure to execute such deal transformed into the bad atmosphere at Old Trafford which has greatly engulfed their campaign.

Manchester United will still try there possible best to sign more players in those departments but whether the new coach will have a major say on those transfer deals remains to be known.

Tottenham Hotspur defender Toby Alderweireld is still a major option having not penned a fresh contract at the north London club yet, although any move may be extremely complicated due to the Red Devils pursuit of Argentine coach Mauricio Pochettino.

Douglas Costa has also been connected this morning, with the Sun reporting he is on their radar.

And reports have also suggested that Chile international forward Alexis Sanchez will be permitted to leave.
