‘Brilliant’ – BBC pundit is praising this Arsenal star after Burnley win

BBC pundit Alan Shearer took to social media to heap praise on one of the players who featured for the Gunners in the 3-1 victory over Burnley on Saturday.

With Tottenham Hotspur set to play on Sunday against Everton at Goodison Park where they could possibly drop points, Arsenal were very much aware that all of the three points would be need against Burnley.

The Gunners have received some criticism over the past week after failing to win at Southampton before losing 2-0 at home to bitter rivals Tottenham in the League Cup on Wednesday night.

One player who featured in both of those defeats is Pierre Emerick-Aubameyang, the man who turned out to be Arsene Wenger’s final signing before the Frenchman departed the club in May.

The former Dortmund star was in action on Saturday against Burnley as he scored two goals which helped the home side win 3-1.
